Re: 70th Anniversary Edition announcement and INFO
Yesterday, finally sat in both a Summit and a 70th Anniversary Black interior.
IMO, the Oland interior is by far the nicest and most upscale without being too over the top, with a close second followed by the Limited and Laredo X trim interiors. These interiors are some of the WK2's strongest traits.
As for the Summit and 70th you either love 'em or hate 'em and it's all about personal taste.
The Summit is beautiful but you gotta love the saddle. The 70th looks like Bass Pro Shops meets Psychedelic Pharmaceuticals (disclaimer: I buy a ton of stuff at Bass Pro).
Again, IMO only-no offense intended, the designer of the 70th interiors should be sent to Siberia cause it's gonna go down as one of the fugliest designs in auto history ie: Aztec.
