Add "Trail Rated" Badge to GC Limited?

I seems like all the WK2 GCs without the Off Road packages do not have "Trail Rated" badges. My 2005 WK had one and not the skid plates, etc.

Can you get one (or 2) from Mopar and what would you use to apply it. And remove it in case someone later did not want it.

I thought all GCs have to do the Rubicon trail and thus were "Trail Rated"?

I added curb feelers on mine and instantly added 10 horsepower

Trail Rated badge goes only on the diver side fender. You can buy them on ebay and it comes already with the double sided 3m tape for long lasting.
As long as you have a 4x4 you are good to go if you want.

Re: Add "Trail Rated" Badge to GC Limited?

Just for Jeeps also sells the badge. It comes with a peel-off cover on the adhesive tape backing, so not easily removable without patience and heat.
Factory only installs the driver's side fender badge, but for symmetry I added it on the other side also.

The new GC WK2 with 20 inch rims are closer to mercedes MLs than traditional Jeeps. I think jeep went in a new direction with the grand cherokee 2011 onwards.

Yah to de-badge use a hair dryer / hot sunny day and floss.

I've always liked the symmetrical look of a debadged car. Never understood when people put fake badges on a car. Like the guys with M powered stickers on a normal 3 series. 99% of people on the road don't care what you drive and the others already know what you're really driving.

Put a Rubicon sticker on both sides.

I stopped paying attention to the "Trail Rated" badge when I noticed that Jeep puts them on these as-well

Actually, the best looking thing in your pictures are the white sidewall. I'd go with that.
