Yep, me too...there wasn't any other available jacks on the 430N to plug in anything in addition to the stock harness. The back of the 430 looked exactly the exact same as the 430N.

Re: Adding NAV MYGIG

do you mean that the 430N and 430 both have a jack for the GPS antenna in the back? If that's the case then I'm guessing it all comes down to software for the 2 models. One with Nav Garmin software and one without. Unless the 430 has no GPS antenna connection point?

My 430 and 430N have the exact same connections on the back. So its a simple unplug from one and re-plug the same harness connectors in the other. Nothing extra needed. Its not just software though, while I was dismantling the 430N to take the screen off, I could see the GPS hardware in the unit. The 430 doesn't have that in it.

First time posting to this site. Looks like a great source of info.

Anyone know where i can get one of these combo antennas that is of a flush mount type? I recently added a RHB to my 2008 JK that i bought on ebay. The seller sent me a combo antenna that has a 12" mast that i currently have stuck in the dash behind the pax airbag. While the GPS works great, the Sirius signal is a bit weak. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
