After Big Rock Hit, What do Skid Plates all Cover??

Can't get a real good "visual" description of the what the skid plates all cover. After my big rock hit on Colorado I70 thinking about a new Jeep GC with the adventure package. Anyone got pics or a PDF illustrating the adventure package contents? Tks!

Re: After Big Rock Hit, What do Skid Plates all Cover??

Found these links to diagrams but your photo looks better, more plates. An the plates in the photo look to be different shapes than in the PDF illustrations?

http://site.justforjeeps.com/guide/82211994.pdf & http://site.justforjeeps.com/guide/82211995.pdf

Jeep dealer in Bould3r says about $500 for part and 4350 to $500 for install.

Rocky road also sells a package they claim is sturdier than factory.
I have factory on mine and it seems to work fine so far........

That photo looks like it will be really helpful during installation.

I really don't like that the transfer skidplate is plastic. Any remedy for that?

Re: After Big Rock Hit, What do Skid Plates all Cover??

That web site is kind of confusing. You can get fuel tank skid plates from the factory. The 3rd skid plate talks about protecting fuel lines. Not sure if they are referring to the transfer case area.

The transfer case skid plate is steel. It's the transmission skid plate that is plastic (i don't like it).
