Aftermarket exhaust and gas tank skids?

I have a 2012 wk2 v8. Corsa cat-back. Wondered if anyone has experience to say whether the Rocky Road gas tank skid plates will fit just fine with this aftermarket exhaust?

I install them and they are quite useful with protect. You need to check them on MOPAR store for them!
