All Chrysler Leasing Changed Today

Everything changed from ALLY to Chrysler Capital today. Chrysler Capital is the new captive lender for all Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram dealers. Subvented leases and financing will now be done with Chrysler Capital, not Ally. Ally used a real interest rate, Chrysler Capital is back to using a money factor.

Re: All Chrysler Leasing Changed Today

I'll be anxiously awaiting to hear about the new residuals and rates - hoping for some incentives as well.

Not good on the incentive front! VW conquest cash bonus is not there. No V8 Power Cash for 2014s.

It may work for you. My dealer said you can get a competitor lease bonus if you BUY your Jeep.

The bank behind it is Banco Santander. It's always been my favorite.

Re: All Chrysler Leasing Changed Today

Writing was the on wall last month w/ Chrysler offering an IDL to avoid Ally/US Bank and Ally in turn dropping it's fees as low as possible to keep customers interested. It will be interesting to see the new residuals and MFs as well as any fees associated w/ the new Chrysler Capital lease terms.

(Relative) Ouch. I'm glad I got in last month. Much higher interest rate and the same residual + $595 for acquisition fee versus last month's numbers. Bummer for you guys who had to wait.

Re: All Chrysler Leasing Changed Today

I just ran the numbers on my lease and I'd be paying $50/month more with these new terms. Man, I got lucky! Usually my impulsivity costs me money.
