It is a dressed-up Laredo. Do you work 3rd shift, or drive a lot of rural roads at night? I sure wouldn't let the lack of HIDs affect my buying decision if I liked everything else about the vehicle. I love my adaptive HIDs on my Lincoln (headlight turn when car does), but my next cars doesn't have to have them. 90% of my driving is at daylight.
Yes absolutly must have ...Im weird like that..I hate Reg dull lights.
on my '12 srt8 cherokee the lighting is awesome..on my '12 Wrangler I just put JW speaker LED headlights which are the best Ive ever seen on any vehilce ,Its like Audi Quality, amazing look at night....
Now im looking for a Reg Cherokee..I liked the Altitude but its honestly just a few cosmetics I can do myself....So ill prob go with a Limited Hemi
I'm looking to buy myself. I'm thinking of getting the Limited since it's got the projectors and then I can add aftermarket HIDs later on. It actually annoys me that they're not an option. Even Kia has HIDs as options on some cars. Pretty weak if Kia can do it but not Jeep imo.
I looked at the Kia before I bought my GCO. The Sorento (2011/12 anyway) has projector Halogens, not HIDs. I was actually interested in the Sorento, but HIDs were a "must have" for me.
I bought my Altitude. I added some aftermarket HIDs in the stock housing. The cutoff is not bad and def. brightens up the road. Couple that with my LED fogs and I am satisified. Besides, my stone white and black Altitude color combo is awesome.
