Yeah, I thought that may have happened. Can't help you any further with that.

Well, I had more time to play with it today. I am able to make and receive calls via bluetooth. The iphone 4 does not work with the plug included. The iphone says that the accessory is not designed to work with the phone, and the car says that there is no music. I have an ipod video that I am using as audio source.

I started to like the nav better. YOu can actually use voice command for the nav which is cool. The biggest fault is the fact that you cannot add a destination unless you are in park mode.( I have not checked if it lets you if you use voice command.) It seems that it will only let you add a destination from the address book.

I also like the memory sits since we are two driving the same car, and I am big and she is small.

I averaged to get 23mpg on a 30 miles stretch. They key is to have the car lowered(aero) with cruise control at a speed between 57 and 67. Nevertheless I get the ECO sign up to 75. I have to test more to give a better estimate.

Got it at 5 miles, have already 183...

I had to wait to ordered the Overland about 10 days ago so that I can get the Accident Avoidance package. The 730 was an option before that and now as been dropped. I am not sure of the 730 or 430 is now included as standard. I guess I will have to wait about another 5 weeks or so to find out.

I think it's interesting that opening the hatch glass does not automatically raise it, but needs to be lifted. The salesman stated that it's done so people don't get hit in the face when the window swings up. Hell, if that happens, you'd know to step back a bit the next time! I also think the auto hatch lift is convenient, but too slow to start and raise. I can only think that I would use it walking toward the vehicle in a lot rather than the normal use of the handle.

Re: and the best feature for the WK2 Overland is:

I think the thing that impresses me most so far is just the overall fit and finish. After running it through a pretty moderate trail, the high drive back home was quiet and there were no rattles or squeaks anywhere. The ride was smooth and just firm enough. I'm lovin' it!

One gripe, though. After just one day of carrying cargo, the chrome accent lines on the cargo floor are already scratched up.

Has anyone noticed that the brake pedal is located closer to the firewall than the gas pedal? It seems to me that it is, and you have to reach a little futher than my 08 and wasn't like that on it. Maybe I just have to get used to it.

Agreed, bright finish for a utility area was a poor choice by the designers. Now you need to apply some rubber rub rails to the rub rails!!!
