and the best feature for the WK2 Overland is:

Ballfreshener and buttwarmer. Finally I can have my cold side and she can have her warm side.

I will post some pics tomorrow. the initial impression is good. I was expecting a smoother ride, but for what it can do(off road etc) I think is quite good.

I got the hemi, and the the acceleration is nice once it realizes that you want to go fast. I say this cause there is a lag from when you floor it till it kicks in.

There is no much hemi ticking.

The interior is nice but the navigation is outdated ( I wish I could just stick my iphone 4 in there, which by the way does not sync with the current system) , and some materials may be upgraded. But if compared to prices of X5 etc, it is a great package.

I was originally going to buy the blackberry, but I had nightmares about having a purple car so we decided to go silver. Black would have been nice too.

Next items on the list.

Black Bra.
Side boards.

I also got the life time warranty(plan to keep it for very long), 3 oil changes and some tire wheel warranty. All was 44k +Tax

It had 5 miles on the clock. No shudder.

Any off road places I can go in NJ/PA?

+1 to the anti swamp butt cooler, silver, Hemi.

I'd say go with a clear bra, not sure why this isn't standard on O-lands, or dealer add on minimum.

Glad to hear you have no shudder, please give it another week with some WOT runs and then post in the shudder poll - looks like Jeep has this squared away.

MOAR pics, please. Congrats and enjoy.

OK the 430N does not have voice programming of the Nav, I'll give you that, but other than that what about the 430N do you feel makes it obsolete?

Re: and the beast feature for the WK2 Overland is:

I am in bethlehm.

How much does the clear bra cost?

The navigation is just outdated for my likes. there is not much to say about it.
It takes too long to enter a destination and the resolution is low. I had bmw and i loved the idrive. I would have liked one without nav, but i wanted the QL and the soft dashboard and some other nice things on the overland. Anyway i will be happy after the update for iphone 4.(i hope they will have one)

I would have thought the 430N would feel modern as it is their newest one...

I like the 430N so far, but he is right the resolution is low on the Nav. I noticed this right off. It is much lower than on the Garmin stand alone units. It is like it is the same video size just stretched out to fit a 6.5" screen. Maybe they will fix it with an update I hope so.

Do a Google search for Paragon off-road site. Not sure it is still allowed, but check it out...it's Pocono local to you.

I didn't notice it until about 2000 miles were on the Jeep. It may have started before that, but it wasn't until around then that I started to notice it.

It says that the PA location is closed.
