LOL....used that tennis ball method for many years....unlike electronic stuff....the ball will not fail you!! I'm sure lots of folks still use that "old school" method.

Awesome!! It's a garage into and apartment building. It's not a simple house garage. It's like a mild maze navigating out not to mention other cars in there along with concrete columns.

I'd tape a cardboard box or flaps on the wall. If you see the box flex you're too close.

Re: any decent front parking sensor options

I would also like to add sensors for the front of the GC. I am thinking of a couple different options:

1. License plate dual sensor (mostly effective for head-on parking, not corners)
2. Mounting a 4 sensor kit with 2 in the black plastic on / near the corners.
3. Possibly a camera & lockpick but my main concern is parallel parking and I don't know how helpful this will be.
4. An electromagnetic kit which would sit behind the bumper and would probably cover the sides better: http://www.sportsimportsltd.com/inbuelsekit.html

Any thoughts on these options? I'm not really big on the front camera, unless it can see a true 180degrees to catch both sides. It would also be the most expensive. I just want to be able to pull up really close to something without hitting it.
