Arizona Dealers

Hello all,

Looking to finally trade in my 2002 for a 2014/15 overland and was wondering if anyone can recommend a good Phoenix area Jeep dealer.

Thanks in advance,
Mike

Mike,

I recently purchased my 2014 Grand Cherokee Limited from Moore Jeep on Bell Road. I live in Tucson and made the trip to Phoenix to deal with them. They treated me fairly and I got a great price on the vehicle I wanted.

I negotiated the price over the internet and they had the vehicle ready to go when I arrived.

Tom

I purchased from Airpark. Not my best car buying experience but they bested everyone in price. I have also had a few good experiences at Earnhardt in Gilbert.

I was actually over at Airpark today trying to decide on a color. I'm considering Black, Max Steel or Granite and after looking at all three, I'm leaning towards Max Steel. They all look great but the Max Steel just stands out, esp in that sun. I never expected picking out a color would be this difficult.

I was also over at Earnhardt last week looking and the sales guy who was trying to help me was absolutely clueless about these vehicles. How can you sell me a vehicle you know hardly to anything about, lol. Just silly if you ask me, esp when you have a customer looking to purchase a 47K vehicle.

Max Steel is a great color! Good luck with your purchase!

I also purchased from airpark. They beat out Earnhardt and bill Luke. Very happy with purchase.

Re: Arizona Dealers

No question about it - Moore Jeep on Bell just west of the 101. I purchased mine there a little more than a year ago and just got one for my mom yesterday. They are a smaller dealer (compared to some of these city block dealers) but treat the customer very well and were willing to give me/us the best price. It was actually a pleasure to work with them and I would highly recommend checking them out.

Re: Arizona Dealers

Purchased new GC from Chapman in Scottsdale. Not the best price, but was treated very well compared to my other shopping experiences locally. After visiting Moore, they did not have the vehicles as advertised in emails, claimed they could get them for me. Wasted trip. Earnhardt sales people were clueless and could care less. I bought my new 2005 GC there and thought I would give them repeat business, but after talking to their sales personnel, I passed. Superstition Springs.... circus of rip off artists. Wasted four plus hours going back and forth on a price and never got to actually test drive a vehicle. Walked out and headed to Chapman and made my purchase. Worst experiences in past Jeep purchases were with Bill Luke and Airpark. After dealing with Airpark, I learned to never give your keys to the sales personnel or sales manager in order to have them evaluate the trade in condition of your Jeep. Always accompany the sales people to your vehicle and let them evaluate in your presence. Before I agreed on a specific purchase, they had taken off the license plate of my trade without my consent and were giving me a hard time to reinstall after I disagreed on a purchase. Had to say I would call police if they didn't put the license plate back and return my keys. Wasted three hours with them.... terrible experience. Sorry about the punctuation, but can't seem to edit and separate the sentences.

Re: Arizona Dealers

I bought mine from Airpark as well. Like everyone has said it wont be the best experience, but they will beat out all other dealers in the state by a long shot.

Re: Arizona Dealers

Went to two different dealers that are always on line at other jeep sites always touting "come see me , we can cut a deal" . Both places gave me the total ignore as I was trying to talk Ecodiesel before they came out two weeks early back last summer.
Airpark and Moore were the ones. Went to Bill Luke CJD , talked to Wendy the gal who is expert in their Dodge light truck Cummings sales. She or course knew Ecodiesel was coming and knew I was a bit early. When Jeep Forum announced availability she called me up and I was the first to order GC diesel from her dealership. I was treated very well and even up to today no regrets !

Arizona Dealers

Hello all,

Thanks for all the great recommendations. I placed my order last week at Earnhardt Jeep in Gilbert on a 15 Overland 4X4, Max steel/blk interior, W/ ATG.

Paid 45,000 which came out to almost 4% below invoice.
