If it were my money, I'd be searching out a better deal. I'd also get an Excel or other spreadsheet program running and find out how little more per month I would need to "upgrade" to a 2014/2015 model.
I'm guessing you are not worried about resale seeing as though your Audi is a 2002 (so you'll be keeping this sucker a long time); given that, my advice would be to really consider a new model. The value of that 2013 will decline very quickly, it will soon be 2 models/refresh out, and dealers will not be selling them for anywhere near what they are asking now.
