The temp finally got down to winter chill. I auto started and got in the truck to find that drivers heated seat, heated steering wheel, and temp was on and it was toasty when I got in . this has never happened before.

Is there a temp sensor that turns these features on? I wonder when summer rolls around if it will do just the opposite with vented seats and AC...

Yes according to manual the Jeep has temperature gauge that will heat or cool down your Jeep based off outside temp so you don't have to manual set heat or AC every time you get in and out of car. Gotta love it!

That is one sweet feature. I would use that to my fullest advantage, all of the time.

I was never for remote starts but tried it and liked it. It's very convenient indeed. However, I will only use it for extreme cold weather.
In the City of Toronto, it's illegal to have your engine running while parked for more than 5 minutes unless the temperatures are "extreme"....and I'm for that due to the pollution.

Because I hear 5 min 30 seconds causes a polar bear to die ...... Glad I live in a mostly red state.

Will it turn on all heated seats? Passenger and the two rear seats so the whole family is comfy and toasty in the winter?
