Re: Bi xenon HID worth it? Building a 14

Would love to have them as a stand alone option, but definitely didn't want the sunroof, so no deal.

If I won the lottery I'd probably get a Summit for the headlight washing system. The anti icing chemicals are caked over the light housings...
In my experience the auto-sense wipers do NOT work very well. Period.

Not sure I can get all that excited about how the LED DRL lights look because they are on the outside of the car. Sure they are nice, makes the car recognizable, adds to its personality. But really, halogen DRLs fulfill the same purpose, with less bling. I wholeheartedly agree with the HID statements though - I would never go back to regular headlights either.

Ideally I do not want the moonroof. So I either have to get it all or none

Definitely worth it. Aside that the lights look great, look at all the other option you get. They may seem like things that you don't need or want, but those are the little options you'll miss when you realize they're not there! The Heated/vent seats are a great option and I think the perforated leather tends to wear better and look better compared to the plain leather. It'll also add to the resale and make it more desirable when its time to sell.....

Just my 2cents

I have it all, and like every aspect. No regrets.

Absolutely worth it. The lights, heated/cooled seats, moon roof, all great. But the best thing for me is the tilt/telescope steering wheel. As I am a lot taller then my spouse, having the steering wheel position automatically adjust when I open the vehicle (with seats and mirrors as well) is just great.
