Re: Brain Dead Assembly Line Workers

Could have been put on wrong from lot damage repair. Very common if that Jeep sat on the lot a while.

Re: Brain Dead Assembly Line Workers

I once had a '74 Dart Sport..

the badging on the left front fender was correct:
DART
Sport

The badging on the right front fender, however, was
DART
Valiant

Re: Brain Dead Assembly Line Workers

Reminds me of the door speaker on my 2014, left side was silver and right side was black. when I showed the service manager he just shook his head before he started ordering the new parts. guess its all about keeping the line moving and you probably get in trouble more for stopping the line than putting the wrong parts on.

Re: Brain Dead Assembly Line Workers

If you've ever worked on a modern manufacturing assembly line, you'd understand how "brain dead" occurs. Not saying it's all right, just that it's not surprising.

I read in the news that a GC was marked with an upside down badge as they needed to identify the GC that had a bag with 10 million dollars inside !, so start looking for your money..and if you dont find it ?..oh well...then somebody took it !..
