1. At how many miles did you change your rotors and pads? I know it's based on your driving style but I'm still interested.
2. Wwhat kind of replacement rotors and pads did you get?
3. If OEM, did you purchase from the dealer or is there a site we can order from?
I'm planning on purchasing OEM rotors and pads from the dealer since the stock ones served me so well.
The brakes should not be getting any weaker at all as pads or rotors wear.
There isn't any set mileage for rotors and pads replacement--depends on remaining pad thickness and any abnormal wear on the rotors.
Rotors are usually good for 1-2 pad replacement, but it is best to have them turned and checked for runout, uneven wear, and thickness as pads are replaced.
There are all sorts of mopar parts online places on Google, all of them I've gone to are dealers making money by mail order parts departments.
