Brilliant warranty service john hughes perth

A week before a 5000km trip north my 2012 grand alternator dies just like that ! Two months in the planning and I was in no mood to talk about alternative transport. So I call the service centre drop it in and hope for the best. I knew they were going to say a new one was not kept and would need to be shipped. Omg I couldn't believe my luck.
Anyway this afternoon 2 days later I got the call the car was ready, they had express shipped a new one across Australia!! Was I happy !!
To top it off it was washed and vacuumed tyres pumped up fluids topped up. Quite literally it was a fantastic and easy experience. Just how it should be. Credit where it is due.

Great to hear some good news about John Hughes.
Currently awaiting on them for delivery of my new Summit, service has been pretty good so far from the sales guy, so fingers crossed they continue the good service into the aftercare

Just had them replace my water-pump on warranty on my 2012 overland (at 22000km so that's a bit if a worry!). I'm in agreement with you about the level of service. Efficient, friendly and car was returned cleaned and within the time they said. A marked difference compared to Melville where I bought the car.

Tips on how to ask Chrysler to buy buck the Jeep?

Had to cancel my trip, running around and begging my parents and inlaws to borrow their car.

And this is related to dealer service in Australia how? You're in NYC right?

Well just had 2 weeks of nothing but blatant lies and excuses from John Hughes Sales and Service departments regarding fixing the Quadra-lift suspension on my brand new Summit.

Jeep Australia have confirmed the excuses that John Hughes has attempted to use are completely incorrect and have organised DVG Maddington to receive the replacement controller and it will be replaced next week

After the crap excuses and treatment they have tried on for the past two weeks, I would not trust a word out of any of their mouths and I would not even let them check the Tire pressures on my push bike.
