You need to register at the Mopar site
with your VIN but it is all on the web...for US persons at least. A year ago you could just give it a VIN and it would burp everything but they seem to have fixed that bug.
I have registered both my Jeep and the Crossfire and have the build info, delivery info, service contract for the Jeep, and service history for both.
For any new Chrysler you can feed it the VIN and get the window sticker. It is one of the nicer things they do. www.chrysler.com/hostd/windowsticker/getWindowStickerPdf.do?vin=
ps CompNine is a great site if you cannot get info from the mfr but it is all free from Chrysler and lists their complete record so why bother with anything else.
pps I did buy the complete service manual on CD for both from Tech Authority, for me it is valuable to have though was a pain to get to work on my tablet.
