Sure, that was from my dealer who plugs into the Chrysler system. (In Canada, I cannot call an 800 number to get status info direct from Customer Service; we must get updates from our dealer. As usual, not as customer friendly as in the US, but if the dealer cooperates it works.)
I have been dealing with the guy since July 6 when I placed my first order for a Limited with Q-L. Finally pulled the pin on that one after 13 weeks on restriction and changed the order to an Overland that will probably arrive in December (I don't see it making the Nov. 24th estimated delivery date, but I would be happy to be proved wrong). After this long, I trust the dealer's info about the status. He's been correct at other stages along the way.
