Can anyone tell me what this is?

I saw this lit up on my instrument cluster this week. I looked through the owners manual and couldn't find what the indicator belongs to. Anyone have an idea? ImageUploadedByJeepGarage1400885615.790024.jpg

The flag?

That means you're in sport mode = pressing the shift lever back while in drive.

Be careful! Seeing that flag can lead to excessive speed and uncontrollable fun!

Like pinetar said, you are now in sports mode. To exit just pull back on the shifter. You can move between SPORTS and DRIVE (ECO) mode when needed (entering highway, passing, etc...).

What you don't realize is that when the flag appears, the Jeep magically transforms into an SRT and...no. Nope, that doesn't happen. But every time I see the graphic of the SRT that appears, I hurt a little.

Re: Can anyone tell me what this is?

Looking at the picture, it appears the gear selector is in "Park." Does sport mode stay engaged after shifting back out of drive as well?

According to the manual, Sport mode is only accessible from Drive.

Could it be that he took the picture at startup when all the indicators light up?

Re: Can anyone tell me what this is?

Thanks for the input guys. I had just pulled in the driveway and put it in park and noticed it was on. Not sure what I did to make it appear.

Probably yanked back too long on the shifter and dropped it into Sport mode. LOL... it happens.

Re: Can anyone tell me what this is?

Once in Sport mode, you can shift to Neutral , Reverse, and Park. It stays in Sport until you take it out of Sport.
