I'm on Long Island where did you have your original order? What did you order? Where did you find one on the lot that you purchased? Did they match your original price?

I am down near Philly. Still have one on order. They basically matched the price. Within a few hundred. Good thing to follow I am hoping.

Good luck, because this is typical of issues you will have with this company every step of the way. Not trying to be rude, but my wifes 07 pat has leaked in multiple spots and they still play the sit on your finger and spin card. That's why I always buy beaters that are 10 years old and take care of them myself.

Actually, I have had many cars with different manufacturers and I have NEVER had them deny a warranty vehicle. Make up excuses and run around, and even tell us that they cannot help and that the only one who can is the district manager and he is "busy".

Sounds like more of a problem with "your" dealer than with the manufacturer.

Went to over 4 dealerships and talked to Crymore directly numerous times. Asked for tests to be done, asked for a replace, asked for at least to talk to this district manager who had to approve and he was always "busy" and no call back. Was told by the person at dealer number 2 that it isn't right, but there is nothing THEY can do until Crymore approves it to be taken apart. Two suggested by Crymore and two not. It is a common issue I have heard with the sunroof, but they don't want to pay to diagnose and fix it. Someone mentioned a TSB, but nothing. Basically unless it comes in pouring water out of it they don't care. They "fixed" it once and it popped while driving. (could hear the noise) We now have RUST in the vehicle.
Anyway, hope all goes well with your order.
