Yeesh, had they demanded 10%, a thousand or two, or the title to my trade, I've have told them to pound sand and never darkened the door again. These dealers know full well a WK2 will be easily sold if the buyer backs out- ESPECIALLY an Overland. Demanding that much and saying it's nonrefundable is just poor customer service.
There's some benefits to having dealers having to compete with one another- they'd never get away with that around here.
