What everyone fails to realize here is that you have no business eating any other type of candy in your GC's other than SKITTLES. LOL

Re: Candy fell in battery compartment (going to go insane

So I've found a trick that's slowly working. I have been backing into parking spots and going in and braking rather abruptly which causes a piece or two to roll towards the back of the battery bay. I get out reach and grab them. Usually it's one or two at a time. I figure eventually I'll get them all. Today I had a grip on one and couldn't pull it out and dropped it and it fell way in there.

I assure you if you're someone like me who hates rattles this is something I highly recommend you avoid at all cost!

Re: Candy fell in battery compartment (going to go insane

If you had just taken the seat and battery out you'd be done by now.

You might still be insane, but you could be moving on to other world shaking problems.

Re: Candy fell in battery compartment (going to go insane

I have a tiny shopvac that would work perfectly to get them.

Re: Candy fell in battery compartment (going to go insane

Ok, but if there is a door to cover the compartment, how does the candy ended inside? It does not make sense. Maybe they are rolling under the seat area and will be easy clean up.

It does, especially if you are one of the unlucky ones whose sunroof drain tubes aren't properly connected inside the door...

LOL. Reminds me of a thread in the Cummins Forum, in which a person spilled skittles, and they ended up in the plastic heat vents under the seats!!!!

If this happened in a Honda Odyssey you would be cleaned up by now with the built in vacuum
