That could be it, but that wouldn't quite make sense in the context it was used.

Re: Car Salesman lingo: NBDR?

UPDATE TO SITUATION

So i called the salesman today to ask where the original sticker to my car was. He kinda fumbled with his words and told me they ordered the sticker and it should arrive in a week or two. I then asked where the original was and he said "look I'm not going to lie" Then said something about the car being involved in a dealer trade. Am i being paranoid or is something shady going on with my car? Is there any way to find out. Do i pull the VIN history with car fax? Any help would be great. Thanks in advance...

You can look up and print your own window sticker. Type the following into your address bar and insert your VIN:

Re: Car Salesman lingo: NBDR?

Remember, to be a salesmen you don't need much education nor experience. You can't expect these dealers to know anything about their line of job. They're lazy, incompetent, hard headed and lack common sense. If you ever feel like something is shady, chances are it is. Be very careful with these illiterate SOBs.

Well said! I pulled the VIN history with carfax. It came up clean. I confirmed that it was a dealer trade from Daytona, which isn't too far from me. I have covered all my bases, but i still don't trust these SOBs!
