That's not asking too much...
Or at least some decent looking 18 inch rims, and tires that aren't a joke offroad.

I like the look of the 18"s but both tires they put on the grand cherokee should never be called on/off road tires.

Re: Changes for 2015?

It's already been posted that outside of the few extra electronic goodies expected, there really are no changes coming for MY15. I doubt that any "final" information will becoming until at least when the MY14 order banks close mid-month, if not later.

Re: Changes for 2015?

20" wheels with offroad II wouldn't make much sense. The 18" tires have taller sidewalls-- to flex when going over rough obstacles and to allow airing down for sand-- so this extra sidewall height reduces the risk of ruining a tire.

Now, some All Terrain tires would be most welcome! A Jeep without optional AT's is just unnatural.

Re: Changes for 2015?

They should add an ORA3 package. It would be just like ORA2, but would come standard with 26-inch gold spinners and Quadra-Lift would get a new "jump" setting that automatically engages when sensors detect that you're next to another Grand Cherokee.

Or, it could include real off-road tires, some more rugged looking 18" wheels, and rock rails.

Soooooo???

BTW, my local dealer told me that on the MY15 GC, we will also get the wireless charging pad for cellphones currently available on the Cherokee. That was news to me...

Did the dealer mention any other changes for 2015?

Unfortunately, not. They also weren't aware of the illuminated door-sills, active noise cancellation and acoustic windshield on the Summit.

I was surprised about the charge-pad because nobody mentioned it here so far. Hopefully, this info is accurate.

I'd assume the same that is shown here as a feature on the Cherokee...
