Re: Changes for 2015?

I have a tendency to speak in code sometimes.

That was code. I'll be more specific.

Now, what wireless charging pad for the 2015 Grand Cherokee?

If it doesn't, I'm not surprised at all. Any news about new features NOT coming from jeepgarage should be taken with a grain of salt...

Well, no news about 2015 GC features is coming from Jeep Garage so it leaves us no choice but to look elsewhere...

If the order banks for 2014 are now closed, I don't see what the harm is in announcing what's new/different for 2015?

Maybe it's just around here, but the dealer lots are pretty thin--and the current supply has to last until the fall.

I don't think they'll have any issues selling the remaining 2014 models.

No, the current supply doesn't have to last until fall. Just because order banks close today for MY14, doesn't mean production shuts off. MY15 production doesn't start until the summer--say about July, so everything made between now and then will continue to flow to dealers as MY14 product. And they are running full tilt at the factory...without slowing down.

Re: Changes for 2015?

Milous and Marlon JB2. You guys seem to be in the know. Can you give any insight?
Back in early January 2014, I received a letter from Ralph Gilles promising the release of a light colored interior for GC Summit "in the very near future". He admitted that there were lots of complaints about the lack of one. The Summit is the only one in it's diesel class without a light interior offering. I had suggested something modeled after the Indigo/Brown interior only using a sandy beige instead of the blue (Grand Canyon). In addition he also said they would be offering a special interior as well. Could it be the saddle? Well here we are with the 2014 order books closed, the NY show in progress and still no Summit "light" in evidence anywhere. Any hope for the 2015? Any prototypes being built with that interior. I hate to wait until June and find out it still isn't there. Help!!
