Question Chrysler Group LLC Service Area Manager E-mail Format

I am working with the dealership and Parts and Service Area manager that covers my dealer on an issue with my 2014 JGC. I have her phone number but want to send an e-mail to have everything in writing as well. Does anyone know what the format of the e-mail addresses for these employees would be? It appears she is an employee of Chrysler Group LLC (chryslergroupllc.com/) but I cannot find the format they use for the e-mail addresses. I would ask her for her e-mail address but she has gone radio silent and not returning calls even though the Dealer owner and VP are stating the ball is in her court.

I have tried sending to firstname.lastname@chryslerllc.com and firstinitiallastname@chryslerllc.com as well as a bogus random characters to see if it would bounce. Apparently Chrysler doesn't send back a response if the address doesn't exist so I don't know if the e-mail address I sent to was correct for the manager.

Thanks for any help anyone can provide.

J

I look when I get home for the emails I got from a similar situation. If I remember correctly thought they use some customer management software so the email wasn't specific.

Also the lady was a total B word and hung up on me first call. I hope you have a better experience.

Re: Chrysler Group LLC Service Area Manager E-mail Format

Mine was using a Chrysler.com email address last year. It wasn't from their full name though only 3 letters. xxx@chrysler.com. I believe its their initials. First middle last.

I know it's tough but you have to be patient and calm at this point. From my own experience and what I've read with others dealing with area managers your issue will be addressed promptly and more than likely favorable for you.

I dealt with mine on the phone prior to any emailing.

Hope this helps.

Chwoner,

Did they resolve your situation?

Re: Chrysler Group LLC Service Area Manager E-mail Format

I did a little poking around and the email domain is @chrysler.com

It seems some employees have a first.last for the local and others have initials (2 or 3) or initials and numbers.

That said, most corporations will set up multiple addresses for various uses or as they experience mergers/acquisitions (for example I have 8 at my company). Hopefully first.last@chrysler.com will work. If they have a common name though, it's a long shot because they end up using numeric suffixes to sequence them.

Exec emails are fairly easy to find. The mid levels are the tough ones.

Yes, but only after I had to push the issue repeatedly. She made it clear that she didn't care. Every time I talked to her she said she would have to check with someone. After the 5th call I asked to have that someone call me. Her direct quote in response "How stupid are you? It is 5:30 you really expect to speak to them now?" This was hangup number 2.

I hope you raked her over the coals and went straight to the top. I can't stand bad customer service.

I really was past the point of being mad at this point I was finding it comical. I also in hindsight screwed up at this point, because if I wouldn't have been so admit about leaving it with the dealer until it was fixed I would have been in the clear for lemon law in my state.

Best part IMO she bothers calling back the next day with no resolution, but wants to offer me free oil changes. I told them they could keep their oil changes as that would do me no good until the problem was resolved.

Did you try calling and asking, "What is your email address"?

I assume you didn't read their entire post where he mentions:

"I would ask her for her e-mail address but she has gone radio silent and not returning calls"

As the other poster has said patience is key. If anything, it might be easier to make a visit to them just as a check up.

I read it, and it didn't register.

But, I would ask for it when I leave a voice mail message, and leave my email address.

Most customer service people do not give out their email address or are told not to by their company.

Re: Chrysler Group LLC Service Area Manager E-mail Format

Yeah I found my emails from my case then and it was a generic @chrysler.com email.

With the Case# in the subject lines which I'm sure there system use to route to the correct person.
