Close to placing an order, a few questions on options

I will likely be ordering a lightly optioned V6 4x4 Limited in a few weeks and was a little confused on some of the options, unfortunately the dealers seem to know even less than I do, would anyone know these things?

If you order option WPF 20" x 8.0" Aluminum Painted Wheels ($1095) and add option TBB Full Size Spare Tire ($150), is the spare wheel and tire going to be exactly like the other 4? I saw option TBB Full Size Spare Tire listed at Edmunds.com but not on the Jeep website.

I'd like Ventilated seats but do not need any of the other options listed in Luxury Group II, is there any option code just to add the Ventilated seats?

Does the limited definitley come standard with the Panoramic Roof? The motortrend.com article on the WK2 vs. 4Runner seems to show a limited with no sunroof.

Are either of the 2 navigation systems able to accept the latitude and longitude coordinates of a location that doesn't have a regular address and direct you there? Or if you are out in a remote area can the Nav display the coordinates of your exact location? I'm hoping the basic Garmin will do this.

Its a full sized steel spare

You will have to add luxury group 2 to get the heated/vent seats

It is standard on the limited....that may not be a limited shown or a test mule in those pics.

Not sure on the lat/long. Take a look at wk2jeeps.com. There is a special section on the Nav radios there. There is a link to wk2jeeps at the bottom of this page. Just click the icon.

Re: Close to placing an order, a few questions on options

1) Wheels- no idea.
2) Nope. Not right now.
3) As far as I know, the only way to not get the Command View roof In a Limited or Overland is to opt for the rear entertainment package.
4) Beats me, but it is usually a capability of GPS systems.

This is just my suggestion, but if you're looking for the 20" rims, the ventilated seats, and the GPS, why not just get an Overland? Those items are standard and you get the upgraded interior as well. I'm sure it's less expensive than the Limited with the 20" rims, GPS, and Luxury Group II. Even deleting the Luxury Group II won't bring you in all that far under the Overland with those add ons.

Thanks Scottina and Techno. The Overland is definitely a better value when you add several options on a Limited but my taste is for things a little more understated, if you could delete the Overland's additional wood and Overland badges they put on the seats I'd go for it.

I test drove a Limited w/ the 20's today. The spare is an 18 inch steel rim (black) and was told by the dealer it is the same diameter and rated the same as the 20 inch wheel. It was the same spare as the Laredo next to it.

Thanks, do you remember if the Limited you checked out had either the Tow Group option or the (TBB) Full Size Spare Tire option?

It's easy to make the 20s the same diameter as an 18 just using the width and height ratio. It's imperative that they be the same, and running a wrong sized spare would screw the 4wd system.
