I've seen such on display over in the BMW waiting lounge, and such is available for purchase in their parts suite.

Since it appears to snap onto the two vertical posts on the headrest, possibly it is more universal in its fitting?

It would depend upon whether the headrest bar spacing is the same or if the accommodation for the bars is adjustable.

If you ask a jeep owner and a bmw owner the same question.

Hey is that a new wrinkle ?

Jeep owner walks around jeep.
Bmw owner looks for mirror.

Re: Clothes hanger for back of driver's seat

My two cents on this topic-I've actually been looking for the same thing for my WK2. The OPs link is for an inexpensive option, but cost effective. Opposing end of the spectrum can be found in the accessories web section of Mercedes, VW, BMW, Land Rover. The one from MB is beautifully crafted, but stupidly priced.

In the meantime have you found the factory ones.

Crap, I've never noticed that and I've had my 2014 JGC for like 10 months now, lol!

I'm surprised you like the MB one. It appears to be two pieces of metal and I feel that wouldn't hold a jacket as well as a thicker, contoured plastic.

This looks like the nicest I've found:
