Are you serious? That's standard on the Summit.

I have no need for a coin holder but I checked on the basis of this post. It is there but doesn't have the normal rounded bottom. Why can't people that need this feature find it?

It is at the rear of the lower compartment of the center console.

That isn't a coin holder. At most it could be a change dish...but there is no rubber so it would rattle. Yep, I had seen that little space earlier.

Re: Coin Holder?

^^^ Coins for the carwash spray thing, vacuum, air, etc... They only take coins. A coin holder is expected. Probably will be added later....an odd thing to leave out.

I don't use a, b and the c I use is free and digitally adjusted on the wall and not those crappy brass nozzle guess your pressure gauges.

I haven't used a coin holder in years.

Re: Coin Holder?

I keep coinage in something like this:
http://www.containerstore.com/shop/c...3&N=230&Nao=20
One just for quarters, another for the loose stuff that accumulates. Store 'em in the center console. Problem solved, and neater than any "dedicated" trough I've seen.

No it's not. Is is nothing like Apple. I've owned more Apple stuff than 99% of the population...started with buying a Macintosh when they first came out (my family had an Apple II when I was a high school freshman). I know Apple well and cycle through all the new stuff every year (thanks to being able to sell my 1 year old stuff on eBay so easily). But when it comes to Windows stuff....so unintuitive it is nonsensical....

There is still a need for change....drive thru's, car wash, vacuum, air for tires, etc. Plus when driving out of state your toll transponder doesn't apply anymore....

In my 2005 GC there was a coin holder inside the center and also two tray areas for things too...very handy.

I do like the fact that the center front console part has a door that covers that area and power....that way you can close the door and no one will know to break in to steal your electronic whatever since it isn't in plain sight.

I can forgive Jeep for not including a coin holder....but to claim it is some forwarding thinking design genius...NOT.

Re: Coin Holder?

I don't think I've used a coin in at least a couple of years, probably longer.

Re: Coin Holder?

I got the smokers package (I don't smoke) & use the ash tray as a coin holder. Fits perfectly in the cup holder.
