Just because a vehicle shows up on a dealers web page, doesn't mean its on the lot. Some dealers post on their web site in anticipation or by error, most dealers post only after the car is actually built (released) and are on their way.
The linked vehicles are in so called D1 status, scheduled to be built. They have not come off the production line yet. Once the dealer shows a complete window sticker, it is a good sign that the car is built and ready for delivery to the dealer (but probably not on the lot yet), until then its only a pipe dream.
