Time is money friend.

But back OT, if you live in an area where you have a lot of stop lights, this heavy vehicle is not going to get great gas mileage. If the benchmark is a Prius, we can get near half that while crushing at highway speeds.

Re: daily driver mpg on 3.6 ?

I've got a 2012 wk2 v6 and I've managed roughly 10.1 LP 100km which is roughly 28mpg... I'm keeping my foot out of It and I'd say I'm 70% highway 30% city... I've also got a cold air intake which has improved my mpg rating.

Re: daily driver mpg on 3.6 ?

I've been getting 27 mpg average on my last three tanks. 2011 Laredo X. It's just been my 24 mile commute to work - 18 of that is highway (55-70 mph) and the other miles are light traffic. I try to drive as conservatively as possible. Our Sonata Hybrid taught me that!

Re: daily driver mpg on 3.6 ?

10.1 l/100km is more like 23 US MPG. Was that Imperial gallons ?
Divide 235 by l/100km to get US MPG.

ps mine is still averaging 19.6 mpg (calculated) in mixed urban driving with a/c on.
