So again to this group and to whomever else may eventually sign on as participants, please do not post the deal anywhere. My process has been fair in dealing with them and I will extend the exact same courtesy to them. Please do the same. The other oft-repeated admonition was to make sure to go with the sales rep the group is using. I think it's been disclosed already on this thread so here it is again: Nader Mohammadian (cell: 571-278-4133; email: n.mohammadian@koonsauto.com).

Next step: race SnoFire to see who get's their LuxII equipped Limited first. If the world works (aka Milous makes sure it happens), he'll get his first.
You must have either gotten there right after I left or been there when I was there haha. I signed my paperwork tonight for a Limited, should get it tomorrow evening. You're right, they make it ridiculously easy to spend money. I was in finance for maybe 10-15 minutes. I actually asked the guy if that was it because I felt as if I should have still been signing paperwork!

I'm wiling to bet I'll probably sit in the parking lot for half an hour just screwing around with the Uconnect and getting it set to my liking.

I got there right after you. Nader said you'd just ordered one off the incoming truck. Hope it's all that and a bag of chips! We'll all be waiting to get your impression/pics/thoughts/video of you climbing over a curb...

It's funny - I got there right after both of you tonight. I spoke with Nader and Thomas about my trade - they are getting me the final number but everything else is worked out for financing and final price.

As long as the car comes in tomorrow and we finalize the trade (I gave Thomas my low number), I'll be out there mid-day to pick mine up and trade my car in.

I think I may be the first person from the group to pickup if that's true - so I'll keep everyone posted.

Both Nader and Thomas were great to deal with, no complaints here.

Got mine ordered today too. Glad to hear that you can have yours tomorrow. I've been told to wait 3-5 weeks, 8 weeks max...

Not bad at all. I was ready to order mine and then I checked the website and noticed the EXACT 4x4 Limited I was interested in ordering, exact color, options, etc except it had a sunroof - I just said screw it I'll pay an extra 900 bucks and get the car this week.

I'll follow up tomorrow based on the call I get on the pricing for the trade, and if the trucks get delivered overnight/tomorrow morning.

That's what wound up happening with me. I was going to order a Laredo with pretty much what the Limited had, in terms of packages. Decided the price for the Limited was worth it for everything I got.

And c'mon man...gotta have a sunroof. My '12 came with one and I'll never buy a car without one again. I was checking out the SRT they had in the showroom with the panoramic roof...that was NICE.

Re: DC metro area group buy

So it sounds like they have some 14s in stock now. Do any of you know how many 14s they received? I was looking to go down Friday or Saturday to order and possibly drive one.

I think they have like 30 in transit. Some are coming in today I believe.

Re: DC metro area group buy

Got a call from Tom about 15 minutes ago. Their truck came in last night. Mine is sitting in service going through prep, inspection and detail.

Doofoo, it's going to be a race to the finish to see who picks theirs up first. I can pretty much guarantee I won't be over there until 7 tonight though....darn!

Re: DC metro area group buy

So what is the current offer? 7% below invoice pluss $499 dealer fee? Any chance negotiating the processing fee down a little bit? Most are under $200.

Not a bad deal though, count me in: Overland 4x4, Engine Block heater, CD Player, QDII, Black / Black.

Unfortunately my Black 4x4 Limited did not come in on that truck, however a Maximum Steel one did with the same exact options - My wife wanted dark grey, so this works out great. Should be ready in the next 2 hours.

Btw - Anyone have any pics of 2013 or 14's in Maximum Steel? Wanted to get a good idea of the color before I head out there.
