Exactly and in FL the law requires a dealer to charge everyone the fee if they charge anyone and they can't adjust the fee on a sale by sale basis, only as part of a documented policy. Here it's not always called a doc fee and in fact its usually called a dealer fee and the sales contract usually states this includes additional dealer profit.
It's an unintended consequence of some do gooders in the capital passing a law to limit these fees.
For affiliate pricing the dealer needs to reduce the sales price so the total after the fee is added equals the FF price on the invoice. BTW the $75 fee has been rolled into the FF price on the invoice so you shouldn't be charged that separately.
To those who say they'll walk, in FL you'll be walking a lot based on that law. The only way they can do it is to reduce the sales price by that same amount.
