Turns out it was a miscommunication from the beginning. Original salesperson stated they would match any offer, I showed her an offer, approval was never gotten from sales manager for said offer. After I thought that was approved, I suggested a "group buy" so they could get some volume sales. That's when the sales manager was finally informed, he agreed wanting a 5 car minimum. Salesperson took it upon herself to say that they would still honor said price (from the letter) for me even if five people don't buy.
I guess I shouldn't really complain. They had been great and this was the only (even though it was a big one) hiccup in the process. Apparently they can beat my CU finance rates barely, so that is a plus there. Thanks all for the advice, and even after all of this I'd probably still recommend them as long as you verify with the GSM prior to ordering what the actual deal is.
