Showed them an online Huntington Beach Jeep ad and they matched it.

That's awesome if this was for a 2014!

If 5-6% was good during most of the year, I guess I'd expect there to be big discounts at year end.

How the heck are you guys getting these prices?

Heck our employee price is only 5% under invoice.

Then again, this is Michigan. Selling any Chrysler/Ford/GM product is the norm...

New guy here in the South Bay. Anyone have experience with Scott Robinson Dodge/Jeep? Huntington Beach didn't seem to have any Overland 4x4s with the 5.7.

Marlon, the group buy in Texas is 5.5% below invoice. It is all based on volume sales.

I totally understand that now. I only look in certain sections/threads of the forum and just recently saw the group buys!

No wonder you guys are getting better prices than even I can even imagine!.....

of course you *do* still occasionally miss out on those employee only rebates we get every once in a while. When *this* happens I typically get a new Jeep. Since it hasn't happened lately... I'm still driving my KK.

I'm in Redondo. When the ordering opened for the diesel back in August, Scott Robinson wouldn't honor the Costco discount they offered me in March ($1.2k below invoice). Rob at HB Jeep beet that price and also added an additional 1% discount with my affiliate number. I highly recommend HB Jeep, ask for Rob.

Re: Deals (and Dealerships) for buying in SoCal

I finally purchased up on in West LA with 5.9% below invoice.

I did check out HB and they have/had a STEAL of a price on a White/Indigo+Brown 4x2 Overland (they also had a black one both with the same equipment) for $40,3k before TTL. Can't beat that price, but I didn't want White or Black exterior.

Orange Coast was very friendly but they pretty much said they hit their sales numbers and weren't really into competing at this point. I'd check out Signal Hill since they kept contacting me or Alhambra since they seemed to indicate that they were still trying to hit their sales goal, but you have to do it TODAY to get in before the end of the year.

Re: Deals (and Dealerships) for buying in SoCal

Thanks... Scott Robinson said they'd do $1,000 under invoice, and I got Glenn Thomas down to 4% under invoice. I'm not in a huge rush since there aren't any incentives i'd qualify for, so I'm hoping the longer the I wait the more room these dealers will give me. I told my OTD price that would make me pull the trigger, we'll see if anyone blinks!

I bought mine from Scott Robinson but that's because they gave me 4 percent under invoice right when the 2014s came in. Other than that, they might be the worst dealer in all of the South Bay. None of my coworkers take their cars there. I don't take mine in there for service either...I take it to glen e Thomas in long beach.

Tried HB Jeep/Dodge and their Internet Manager said "prices are fixed, and best in the nation" at $1,000 off MSPR??? MSRP $50,385 and best price was $49,385.

Must not be looking to make any deals this early in the month...

Let me know if you found a dealer who's willing to play. I'll be in the market hopefully by the end of this month, or by the 20th. I've even considered Hunter Dodge Jeep Chrysler in the Antelope Valley. I too, in looking at the ads from HB didn't think they were at the level I was hearing about, a little less than a full % from invoice before haggling. The one I found for about 12% was a Laredo and I'm looking for all the bells and whistles. I've bought a used suburban from them before and was happy but this is a bit different.
