Deep Auburn Color

Looks like I get to finally order my '14 JGC Summit CRD this Thursday (based on my dealers info today).

My '12 GC is Mineral Grey with Saddle Interior. For my new '14, I am definitely going with the brown interior. Originally i had thought white exterior, then slid over towards the Granite then I saw the Deep Auburn option. I am now leaning toward the Auburn, but I have no idea what it will look like. Has anybody seen one yet? I have seen a few pics of Chrysler 200's in a similar color, but its not the same as seeing it on the GC. Is he Auburn on the darker side or lighter side? Only a few hours left to decide, any help is welcome.

All of the JGC colors with the exception of white have at least three different looks. 1) in photos 2) in direct sunlight 3) in anything other than direct sunlight. You have to see them in person to get an accurate representation.

The Auburn is no exception. In bright sunlight it's a nice brown with reddish highlights. In other than bright sunlight it's very dark, and in my opinion rather blah. I was originally going to do Auburn with Jeep Brown but after I saw the Deep Cherry / Jeep Brown combo at the Detroit show, my mind was made up.

Then again colors are a very personal thing but id wait until I could see one in person before making that call.

Have any Auburn GC's made it out to the Wild yet ?

With the March 11th release of that color how long should it take for them to hit the lots ?

If anybody sees one for sale at a Dealer, please post a Link to the on-line Pics !!
