Re: Deep Auburn Pearl (Overland)? Thoughts?

Would one, or all of you, post some pics please?
I don't believe I've seen the color before. I'd love to see them.

I've seen that combination twice. It is outstanding... very classy look.

Re: Deep Auburn Pearl (Overland)? Thoughts?

I think it is a beautiful color. I didn't pick it because I was afraid I would get tired of it. I see very few of them on the road and wonder if it may negatively affect the resale value.

Colors don't usually affect the resale value unless you use some ridiculous aftermarket colored paint.

Not quite sure about that. KBB even has that category listed under used vehicle value now

Re: Deep Auburn Pearl (Overland)? Thoughts?

Heep, you're correct...color will affect resale/trade value, but it's not significant based on my playing around with it. It's likely geographically linked, too.

That was my point. Who is going to care if having red for instance will drop my trade in value by $200.?

Re: Deep Auburn Pearl (Overland)? Thoughts?

I'm a fan of the DAP color. I too have reservations as to the popularity of the color for resale.
I'm waiting to see the new Tri coat white and light metallic brown colors coming out in April. Just let me see a light interior color in the Summit /Overland
This black color has me worn to the nub . I have to wash it all the time ,because I don't drive dirty looking vehicles !

Re: Deep Auburn Pearl (Overland)? Thoughts?

For those concerned with this color affecting the resale, you are correct. I looked up mine and there is a $153. premium for a trade with this color.
