Delay in delivery is starting to cause me problems....

Best case senerio, I have my jeep in 3 more weeks (ordered 9/18). But, I live in Salt Lake City. We got a foot of snow last night, and more is coming the next three days. My current car is AWD, but I haven't put the snow wheels/tires on yet because I want to sell it with the original wheels. The cheep wheels I use for the snow tires give the car a slight vibration at highway speeds that I have not been able to solve even with road-force balancing, and I don't want people test driving the car with those wheels on it. I could switch them back and forth, but it is time consuming and not fun. Come on Chrysler..., you're killing me!

i feel for you guys but my counterpoint would be that just about every other manufacturer and 'ordering' EXACTLY what you want does not exist. They 4 trim levels come s in these color combos.......PERIOD.

so having the option of ordering it just the way you want requires some patience. all mfg also try to limit the ordering of the components to keep pace with production. so if one component is causing a problem or out of stock shit gets backed up. i understand the lack of information but I would guess there is a reason that customer service has no deeper a view than the dealer or Milous.

the other option of course is going and find one on the lot that is close to what you want. DONE.

I can't wait for the snow to hit New York! Hopefully we'll get pounded this winter...
