You can spend a lot of time checking out the entire vehicle instead of driving it away, but the better plan is to just check things that you can't be blamed for if you bring it in a couple of days later. Scratches and interior tears in the seats, carpet and headliner would be my first concern. Anything else would be a defect covered by warranty without any suspicion you. So make a quick inspection, drive your Jeep home, and enjoy it.
