Dings on the hood from acorns

Ive had it done on my 2011. I hit the hood with the rubber end of an extension cord one time, left a nice dent. I used a PDR company in the area, the debt came out in 10 minutes so good I couldn't find where it had been.

Just depends on the size of the ding I think. That sounded weird almost....size of the ding. Ok I'm done.

Re: Dings on the hood from acorns

My 09 WK suffers from dents-by-acorns as well. Had a PDR guy come out once, estimated to be about $300 to remove them all, as I have about a dozen of them.

Really drives me crazy, had to start parking on the other side of the driveway to avoid them.

And should consider equipping the local squirrels with catcher's mitts, and feed 'em lots of coffee to keep them alert to prevent future dings.

The aluminum hoods on the WK2 do ding very easily. It doesn't take much.

Yea, I think our squirrels do target tossing from our walnut trees...said walnuts did a number on the hood of the Highlander Hybrid Limited I used to drive. I park the horse trailer over in that area now...the nuts just bounce off the fiberglass roof.
