Re: Do the turn signals "click"?

My liby makes a very loud clunk sound then I turn on my signals. People can hear it over the phone (car phone) lol

I bet you're talk8ing about a Vauxhall Vectra aren't you!
They're for some reason different to all the other models...

Worst. Column stalks (incl indicators).
EVER!

I am indeed Ben. It's really annoying. The stalks don't even click into place. You just push it down and then push down again to make it stop. The first time I almost crashed, cause I was like WTF?!?! also there's this weird popping going on like that 80's song 'popcorn'.

I hated that bloody car! But my work now uses on as a company vehicle, arrrrgh!

Re: Do the turn signals "click"?

I work at a ford, lincoln, merc. toyota dealer and noticed on a lot of the new fords/lincolns, especially the trucks, that the turn signal control doesn't click into place like it previously has. You press down, the stick pops back up and the turn signal stays on until you turn or turn it off the same way you turned it on. Kind of neat while being annoying haha.

FWIW, @ 2:16 into the video below, the guy turns on the blinkers and you can hear the sound pretty good.
