It's official! A full-size Rubicon tire/wheel will fit in the spare compartment. Granted, you must remove the plastic storage bins and figure out another way to store the jack, but still! Full size 32" spare without taking up additional cabin (or rack) space!

You should be able to put the foam jack holder in there too. I just mounted a set of Sahara18" with dueler a/T's and it fit without issue.
