Re: Don't like wood?

I'm not a fan of wood steering wheels at all....liked the Limited color better than the Overland color (Laredo the best)....but when I saw the Summit had the black olive wood...I was sold on the Summit since that is the only wood steering wheel that I liked!

Re: Don't like wood?

Originally I didn't want the wood wheel either but after test driving a couple of Overlands I started to like it for it's luxury appeal. I'm glad that I got it. Back in the day you could order a vehicle ala cart and pick each and every option giving the buyer the ability to make their vehicle almost a one off. Now they bundle everything together to make it easier. It is what it is.

Yes - it's real wood. I too had reservations about the steering wheel, but I've quickly grown used to it and it's no problem for me now.

Fake wood dash trim on the Laredo and Limited.

Real wood dash trim and steering wheel trim on the Overland.
