Doors no longer automatically unlock when in proximity.

Hey guys I just got a 2014 GC Altitude last week and love it so far! However as of two days ago the doors no longer automatically open when I approach the car. Has anyone ever had this problem and perhaps have a solution?

they are not supposed to unlock until you place your hand on or near the backside of either front door handles.

are you doing that?

No - I'm not I will have to try that, thanks. I could have swore the doors would unlock upon approaching the car though.

Nope, just when you touch the backside of the door handle.

If it giggles, please refrain from pinching it.

Only if you press the unlock button on the remote will it unlock upon approach, otherwise you have to touch the door handle. Of course, in a hard rain, the water may activate the door handle too as you approach.
