Dual Zone Heater

With the same temperature settings, different temperature air comes from the outlet vents on the driver side and passenger side. the driver side release warm air, and the passenger side release cool air.

When increasing the temperature in the passenger side 5 or 6 degrees then the air temperature is equal to the driver's side.
This happens after several minutes of turning on the heater.

Any idea why this happens?

Re: Dual Zone Heater

Hmmmm that's an odd problem. Do you have the manual or automatic system?

Re: Dual Zone Heater

The vehicle is a 2013 Grand Cherokee Laredo X so I assume the system is automatic, no matter if I use the sync button or put the temperature directly.
