dummy light

I could not find it in the owners manual,
but what is the red steering wheel icon next to the gas light.

Missing keys?

Re: dummy light

Wow, that's a good one! I can't find it in the OM, it doesn't show in the instrument cluster breakdown. I'm sure it's a warning about the steering, but could only guess what it means. Hope someone can enlighten us.

Re: dummy light

There is a similar light on my Polaris that has to do with the power steerting. Curious if it has to do with the same on the JGC...

Maybe something to do with the heated steering wheel or maybe a malfunction with the paddle shifters? I don't know, just throwing it out there.

Re: dummy light

Seems to be the same question in other makes... power steering electronics or steering fluid.

Re: dummy light

Thanks.
I take it its normal for it to come on when you power on but not start as it cycles through the dummy lights.
