It was just a freak thing. I drove down after the ice storm moved through atlanta and wrecked up I-95 through South Carolina, and did a lot of slalom movements as there were so many trees down all through South Carolina, and just outside Savannah, my car popped out of cruise control and every yellow light went up on the dash. 4WD service, ABS,... I actually got on the forum and found my battery and removed lead, as well as washing off the wheels as it was so cold this Winter in NY and loads of salt, but it was quite warmed up coming down 95 in one straight shot. After nothing changed it, I called Colonial Jeep and they could get us in on Saturday afternoon, but 6 hours of no cruise control gave me dead foot. I was super happy with the professionalism at the Jeep dealer down in Orlando. My SIL lives there and its a great dealership or at least professional compared to the sleazy people in the sales and business offices in western NY. Its sad as I paid much more for a used 2011 WK2 as opposed to leasing a 2014 WK2 both of which would be limited with 3.6L Pentastar engines. I just didn't want to deal with the local dealerships and didn't want to drive to Pittsburg or an Ohio based dealer, as cross state purchases are a bit of a hassle. This state taxes everything and makes things much more complicated than need be. Vermont/NH or even western Massachusetts are places people to go to buy new Jeeps. They closed one local dealer and the 2 other ones in Rochester area are bad. I actually bought my JEEP hunting down a small SUV for the wife. I had a 2011 Buick regal Turbo that I really enjoyed but always loved the WK and WK2 Limited. 2 were just turned in at better non Chrysler dealerships, and one was just down the road from us. Fastlane runs all the fluid/lightbulb stuff in all the local dealers and can do warrantee work for basic stuff for 17 brands, but real repairs have to go through Service and its a little chaotic back there. If I was to buy another Jeep, I would buy it in Orlando. My wife wanted a Honda CRV, which is what I thought she would pick even though I can't stand it. Too much like a car and a fishbowl glass with the worst side mirrors, but she leases and doesn't mind it. Definitely not a guys car, but with the snow and ice we get she needed it.

I have delt with several jeep dealerships down here and i have bought from Greenway my 2012 JK and then a year later traded it for my 13 WK2 at Airport CDJ... I have done main work at Colonial aswell as Posner but i stay far far faaar away from Napleton, they tried bullying me into buying a vehicle I didnt want, i went to see a 2004 wrangler and they sold it and were pushing a 2011jk... I just did not had the budget at the time. It got to a point that i had to threaten them with calling the police bc they were holding me against my will, they had my car keys for an appraisal and would not return them.

I bought one from Zeigler for a 2013 GC w/25-30k miles back in April. Paid $2335 for unlimited mileage/lifetime and a $100 deductible. Didn't finance and just paid it cash. Get a refund on your contract and buy it somewhere else.

Lil update on this:

I waited well over a week to receive the paperwork and or email with all the information to assess the contract and determine if i would keep or not and call Zeigler. Well it never showed, i try calling the number that called me and it rings with no answer... I try finding out who charge my credit card and it said gotwarranties.com so i go to their site and call every possible number including a 24/7 customer service number and it keeps ringing or goes straight to message. But the message is very amateur, i start clicking links on the web site and they are dead end or show error. So i have way to many flags raised up. I decided to call my credit card to dispute this because i think it was a scam or at the very least a very unprofessional company that i rather not do business with.

Lets see what happens next.

I bought my 2011 WK2 certified in November 2013 with 43,000 miles. I added the life care max for $2300 via dealer.

I called again today and finally got someone to pick up,, they canceled my future payments but they will have someone else to call me tomorrow for the full cancelation and return of money.

I would keep it in dispute status with your cresit card company until you receive a full refund. The whole deal sounds a little fishy, well a lot fishy. Good luck.

I bought LIFETIME MAXIMUM CARE from Zeigler for $2185. The plan showed up on the Jeep site associated with my VIN within a week.

Shakes head. Are you sure that is a Chrysler/Mopar Service Contract? Seems more like third party stuff to me.
