Factory order question

I just ordered a High Altitude, order sheet says priority 1/sold order. Is there anything I should be looking for to make sure this truck gets built as fast as possible? This is my first Jeep but have ordered a bunch of other "toys" requiring allocations and know sometimes orders sit forever. I have a VON number. Not really sure what that is. Lol sorry for the newbie questions.

Re: Factory order question

VON is vehicle order number.

If you become a premium member, level 4 (maybe 3), Milous will track the order for you. Once built you will be able to track it from factory, to train(s), to truck,to dealer.

Besides, it will make you sleep better once you know you are supporting the site.

Re: Factory order question

Yep - priority 1 sold order is the place to be.... Not much more to do but wait now..... and of course become a JeepGarage premium member for tracking and supporting a site that clearly helps save you way more than the cost of membership.

Once you join and request tracking you will be able to view in a thread you don't have access to. The thread is updated several times a day. All you will need to do is log in and find your name in the list.

Re: Factory order question

You can track it but you can't do anything to speed its build or delivery up.

Edit to add: And when you see its status hung up through tracking that'll really add to the stress and frustration level.

Re: Factory order question

The good news is that the only times a Jeep is held up is in the following statuses:

D (Firm Schedule, gonna be built, but when?)
F (Paint, something could, but highly unlikely to, go wrong here...)
I (Ugh... built but not OK'd... this could be a lengthy process...)
JS (Not sure how the heck vehicles get stuck here still, and I've been with the company for 5 years now... also rare)

Re: Factory order question

Thanks for the info. Have you seen any High Altitudes off the line yet? Any pics? Lol. Also do you know if they have the air suspension?
