Flag on Roof rails?

I need to find a way to fit a flag on top of my WK2 for dune driving, but not sure how. It was easy with my old WK. I just made a bracket that fits on to the standard rail.
Any machinists out there that can make me an adapter that fits in the standard rail?
The flag just has a bolt (about half inch) that needs to screw into something.

Re: Flag on Roof rails?

Not sure what flag you are referring to, but it needs to be quite substantial. At least 5 or 6 feet higher than the Jeep.

Re: Flag on Roof rails?

click on the flag button and then click flag with staff on the left

for the mount click on mounts and scroll to the magnetic units

the flag should screw into the mount

Re: Flag on Roof rails?

Those links are exactly the same. I understand that the flag screws into the mount, but what does the mount screw to? I do not want to drill any holes.
I HAVE the flag, just need a way to mount it.

Re: Flag on Roof rails?

i noticed that, the site uses frames so the proper link is hidden. i corrected it. the mount is magnetic ans should hold up to 200 lbs of force.
